Meet the recruiting team
This team is made up of extraordinary people, who love to put drivers on the road to success.
“I’ve felt like family since the day I interviewed for my position.” Christy loves getting drivers started on a new career path, just as much as she loves the support she receives from her colleagues. Her family-oriented spirit makes her feel right at home.
"I have had the self-gratification of seeing drivers start as trainees, and are now owner operators." Irma has been with MVT for 6 years & loves helping drivers. Ms. Villalpando comes from a family of truck drivers, so she understands what drivers have to deal with. She enjoys being a vessel to help drivers turn their lives around.
“MVT has helped me grow in ways I didn’t know I could.” Amy has been with MVT for 5 ½ years and has worked her way up to becoming the Recruiting Manager for the El Paso terminal. She has three beautiful daughters and enjoys working with her second family.
Jose Luis Nanez
“I like talking to people and figuring out how I can make their work life better.” Jose admires the fact that MVT recruiters refer to drivers by their name. He has yet to hear anyone call a driver out by saying “Hey you driver!” For him, its nice knowing they are all a close net family.
"I thrive on creating a better opportunity for anyone that wants to better their future." Since Sylvia has been with MVT, she's noticed that everyone shares the same vision and dedication. This Green Bay Packer fan enjoys recruiting drivers just as much as she enjoys watching the Packers play on Sundays.
“MVT has taught me the ins and outs of logistics in great depth.” Edgar has been with the company since 2010 and has experienced several different viewpoints amongst the transportation industry. This social butterfly was a driver, a dispatcher, and is now a recruiter.
“Working for MVT is exciting within itself. I work with my family!” Helen started working for MVT 4 years ago as a Driver Recruiter & is now the Recruiting Manager for our Nashville terminal. This mother of three loves the constant changes within the trucking industry.
