Record your weight at least twice a week, but don’t worry too much about day-to-day fluctuations as these can be misleading. Mesilla Valley Transportation drivers have the option to check their blood pressure through Rolling Strong’s Higi Stations, located in our El Paso, Nashville, Denver, and Laredo terminals.
